Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Paid Promo Tracker LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“PaidPromoTracker”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of paidpromotracker.com. By using the site, or by checking the consent box when you create an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

PaidPromoTracker is an impersonal publication of general circulation: it aggregates publicly disclosed paid stock promotions, computes historical price measurements around them, and publishes derived analysis such as letter grades. Everything on the site is informational. Nothing on it is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security; see the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk, with or without notice.
• You may stop using the service or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

The site’s content (including the compiled dataset, the deduplication and grading analysis, the page designs, and the text) is owned by PaidPromoTracker or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. The underlying public disclosures we link to remain public documents owned by no one here.

• Permitted: personal, non-commercial viewing; quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the page you quote from.
• Not permitted without our prior written consent: scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or systematically copying the dataset; republishing or redistributing it in any product, feed, or dataset; and training machine-learning models on it.
• Market data displayed on the site is licensed from a third-party market-data provider and may not be extracted or redistributed.

• No use of the service that violates any law or regulation.
• No interference with the service: no circumventing access controls, rate limits, or the site password gate; no probing or disrupting our infrastructure.
• No misrepresenting the data, including presenting our derived opinions (grades) as statements of fact, or presenting the data as an endorsement by us of any trade.
• No use of the data to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity named on the site.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidPromoTracker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Wyoming, where Paid Promo Tracker LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

When these terms change, we update the effective date at the top of this page (which is the version recorded with your signup consent) and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or a site notice. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
